Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your CosmosSight purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it easy to return or exchange your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale or final-clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or color (subject to stock availability). If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may request a store credit or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@cosmossight.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back in secure packaging.
